Job summary

Collins Adelaide is expanding its Melbourne team and seeks experienced Full-Time MC Local Drivers for Derrimut. Local pickups and deliveries across the Melbourne metro area, with loading/unloading help as required and pallet jacking where needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ MC driving experience.
• Current MC Licence and solid B-double reversing ability.
• Forklift Licence (preferred however not essential).
• Experience with freight paperwork and multi-drop deliveries.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and confident handling coupling/uncoupling.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with refrigerated freight or road trains.

We’re looking for experienced Full-Time MC Local Drivers to join our Derrimut operations team, on the following rosters:

Monday to Friday, every second Saturday – 12:00am start

Monday to Friday, every second Saturday – 6:00am start

Your day will include:

• Local pickups and deliveries across the Melbourne metro area
• Assistance with loading and unloading when required, including by hand for general freight/tautliners
• Pallet jacking (manual and electric)

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ MC driving experience
