Job summary

MEDLOG Regional is seeking experienced, professional drivers to operate short haul runs. Based in Minto, NSW, you will cover regular local routes and be home every day with a stable workload.

An immediate start is available with medical clearance. This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive remuneration well above award and options for weekly or fixed shift rotations.

Qualifications

• Hold current MC licence and clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of transport regulations and safety practices.
• Experience driving heavy combination (MC) trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate short haul runs within NSW and interstate as required.
• Load and unload vehicles at delivery points, ensuring paperwork is accurate.
• Adhere to prestart checks, load restraint, and vehicle securing procedures.
• Follow Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility requirements.

What are we looking for?

• Current MC licence
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety practices preferred with further education available via internal training.
• Ability to undertake shorthaul journeys covering local and within-state routes.
• Load and unload vehicles at various delivery points in a safe, secure, and timely manner; ensuring all paperwork is accurate
• Follow company procedures associated with prestart checks, restraint of loads and securing of vehicle.
• Comply with all company/site policies and state and national transport regulations, including Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility laws.
