Job summary

K&S Corporation is seeking an experienced MC Driver for ongoing local deliveries from the Caboolture depot. The role requires applying load restraints, performing pre-start checks, and a small amount of manual duties.

Shifts include AM and PM, with a preference for candidates who can adapt to changing schedules. Ideal applicants will hold a valid MC Licence, have a solid driving history, and experience with B Doubles locally.

Qualifications

• Valid MC Licence required.
• Clean driving history essential.
• Flexibility to work morning or afternoon shifts.
• Willingness to learn walking floor equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply load restraints meeting safety requirements and QLD Transport rules.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced MCDriver for ongoing work transporting woodchips. The role is local deliveries and basedout of our Caboolture depot, with AM and PM shifts available.

You will:

• Apply appropriate load restraints to meet safety requirements
• Undertake pre-start vehicle checks
• Undertake a low level of manual duties
• Complete occasional Intra statedeliveries when required
• Always work within load restraintguidelines & QLD Transport legislation
• Possess the flexibility to work either AM or PM shifts to support our operational requirements

What you’ll bring:

• We’relooking for an experienced MC Truck driver who is flexible to work morning andafternoon shifts depending on the requirements.
• Valid MC License and a good drivinghistory
• Previous experience operating and reversing B Doubles with local deliveries
• Experience with walking floor trainers would be highly desirable (or willing to learn)
• Exposure to HML loading andtransportation requirements an advantage
