Job summary

K&S Corporation is seeking an experienced driving professional to join the Wingfield depot on a full‑time basis. You will perform local and regional bulk petroleum transport, loading and unloading at various South Australian sites, with hours varying due to customer demand.

Role includes overnight trips and weekend work as required, adhering to strict safety and compliance policies while maintaining fleet presentation and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• HC truck driving experience with a strong safety focus.
• Dangerous goods licence held and current Safe Loading Pass.
• Reliable and careful team member with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Loading, transporting and unloading bulk petroleum products to retail and depot sites.
• Operate multiple vehicles including single and B-double configurations.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures, including incident reporting.
• Maintain tidy fleet presentation and comply with loading protocols.
• Follow hazard reporting and near-miss processes.

The Opportunity:

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated driving professional to join the team at our Wingfield depot. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for performing local and regional work on a full-time basis and be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Please note that hours may vary for this role as required by customer operational demands, and may require overnight trips, weekend work and Public Holidays.

You will:

• Loading, transporting and unloading bulk petroleum products at retail and depot sites throughout South Australia in a safe and professional manner
• Drive multiple vehicles, including single, b-double combinations
• Adhere to safety and compliance policies and procedures
• Ensure fleet presentation is well organised
• Follow company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes

What you’ll bring:

• Relevant truck licenses and driving experience, but more importantly an open mind to learn the K&S way, and desire to become a reliable member of the team.

You will have:

• Previous on road experience operating a HC truck, (MC can be considered)
• Prior experience in retail fuel, desirable
• BFM desirable but not essential
• Dangerous goods license
• Safe loading pass (SLP)
• Knowledge of the local and country road network - preferred but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail, meticulous about fleet presentation
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
