Qualifications

• Registered or eligible to teach with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
• Experience delivering lessons across subject areas as needed.
• Ability to provide expert advice on content, processes and professional learning.

Responsibilities

• Teachers are supported through Professional Learning Teams (PLTs) that enable collaborative planning, data analysis and shared inquiry.
• Implement the College Vision and Values through professional conduct and practice.
• Plan, deliver and evaluate lessons using the GWSC Instructional Model and evidence-based strategies, including the High Impact Teaching Strategies (HITs).
• Monitor, assess and report on student progress using evidence-based assessment and timely, constructive feedback.
