Pindara Private Hospital on the Gold Coast is seeking a flexible Ward Receptionist to join the Maternity ward on a permanent part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming and efficient experience for patients, visitors and callers.

You will manage a range of administrative duties including patient admissions, discharges and transfers, appointment bookings, medical record preparation, patient billing and receipting, and general front-of-house duties as part of a

• Experience in a busy front-desk/ reception role is desirable.
• Ability to manage phone, email and in-person enquiries efficiently.
• Proactive, friendly approach with a focus on patient experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Manage calls, emails, appointments and enquiries.
• Provide administrative support across departments with confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate patient records across electronic and paper systems.
• Process patient billing, receipting and EFTPOS transactions.
• Prepare and file medical record charts in the correct order.
• Coordinate with clinical team for a smooth patient journey.
