Qualifikationen

• Current AHPRA registration as RN and Midwife

• At least 5 years of clinical leadership in maternity/acute care
• Oversees day-to-day obstetric operations, staffing, and patient flow
• Experience leading clinical governance and safety standards
• Proven ability to lead autonomously in a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to drive innovation and review clinical indicators
