St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne is seeking a part-time Clinical Coach - Maternity to join our dedicated maternity education team at the Fitzroy campus. This permanent part-time (0.4 FTE) role focuses on elevating clinical practice through mentoring and targeted education.

You will support staff and diverse learners from postgraduate students to enrolled and registered nurses across antenatal, birth suite, post-natal and SCN, delivering innovative in-service sessions and leading

Formación

• Must hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience supporting diverse nursing learners (enrolled and registered).
• Experience across maternity units.
• Post-graduate qualification in Maternity / Education or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or actively pursuing).

Responsabilidades

• Support staff and learners across Maternity: Antenatal/CTG, Birth Suite, Post-natal, and SCN.
• Deliver specialised clinical education that transforms practice.
• Lead mandatory competency assessments.
• Identify learning gaps and create innovative solutions.
• Design and facilitate targeted in-service education sessions, including twilight seminars and short courses.
