Job summary

• Experience in logistics, inventory management, procurement or materials planning.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Commercial mindset with understanding of cost and operational performance.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and comfort with data systems.
• Process-driven approach with interest in continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels to meet operational requirements.
• Develop demand forecasts and inventory plans to support maintenance and schedules.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate purchasing activities, obtaining quotes and managing supplier orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing and service level agreements.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, stock control and supply chain processes.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate inventory and procurement data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational requirements are met.
