Job summary

Webuild S.p.A. seeks a Materials Controller to support the Kwinana Gas Power Generation 2 project in Kwinana. You will manage material deliveries, registers and issue logs, ensuring timely availability for site activities.

The role requires 4–7 years on major construction projects, strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to drive project outcomes within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in materials control, logistics or warehousing.
• 4–7 years' experience in materials control or stores on major construction/EPC projects.
• Experience with site-based materials tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and record materials deliveries against purchase orders and delivery docs.
• Maintain accurate materials registers, stock records and issue logs.
• Track material movements, locations and issuance to support construction sequencing.
• Identify shortages, discrepancies, damages or non-conformances and report them.
• Support inspections, preservation and storage per project procedures.
• Coordinate with Construction and Engineering teams for timely materials availability.
• Maintain delivery dockets, inspection records and traceability data.
• Support audits, reporting and close-out activities including surplus/returns.
