About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Material Handler to join our thriving warehouse operation currently located in Mulgrave.

Please note: Our warehouse will be relocating to a new, modern facility in Moorabbin within the next few months, and this role will move with the team to the new site.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe handling of materials to support operations, production, and customer commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, receive, and dispatch goods accurately and efficiently
• Perform stock put‑away, replenishment, and internal warehouse movements
• Operate RF scanners for real‑time inventory transactions
• Process inventory in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
• Conduct cycle counts and support stock accuracy initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all WHS and material‑handling procedures
• Provide occasional assembly support to the production team

About You

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Experience using RF scanners
• Exposure to SAP EWM or similar Warehouse Management Systems (EWM highly regarded)
• Mechanically minded with basic hand/power tool knowledge
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and positive team attitude
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Physically fit and able to safely perform manual handling tasks
• Basic computer literacy
• A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and desire for long‑term employment
• Experience in assembly or production is an advantage

Licences (Preferred but Not Essential)

• LO (Order Picker) licence
