Job summary

Astronics Advanced Electronic Systems in Redmond, WA seeks a Master Scheduler to mentor teams and drive cross-functional projects. You will provide data-driven insights to senior leadership, shape production plans, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing.

The role emphasizes creating predictive scheduling, improving on-time delivery, and leading SIOP processes to support multiple programs. This is an onsite, senior-level position in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• APICS or related certification preferred.
• 8+ years of direct experience in master scheduling or related production planning roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop master production schedule and production plan for multiple programs.
• Create inventory health strategies and kanban initiatives.
• Lead monthly SIOP and alignment reviews with leadership.
• Produce revenue projections and forecasting aligned with monthly cycles.
• Maintain ERP data, forecasts, and IDs across engineering and programs.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, procurement, engineering, and quality to minimize schedule delays.
