Job summary

Tank Stream Design Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast seeks a Supply & Production Planner to orchestrate end-to-end material flow and manufacturing schedules, bridging sales, procurement and operations to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure customers receive exactly what they need, right on time.

You will develop Master Production Schedules, manage raw materials and packaging, balance safety stock against costs, and participate in S&OP meetings to align capacity with demand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience in production scheduling, supply planning or materials management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Analytical, agile problem-solver with clear communication with suppliers and shop-floor teams.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP knowledge or Lean/5S familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Production: develop and maintain detailed Master Production Schedules (MPS) and handle short-to-medium-term capacity planning.
• Manage Supply & Inventory: build out requirements to secure raw materials and packaging while balancing safety stock levels against holding costs.
• Bridge the Gap: align operational capacity with sales pipelines by actively participating in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: track and improve KPIs like OTIF, plan adherence, and inventory turnover.
