Qualifications

• Feasibility expertise to undertake end-to-end development feasibility studies.
• Experience delivering multi-stage residential subdivisions with infrastructure.
• Strong negotiation history with state/local government in WA.
• Advanced knowledge of contract management and project delivery tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive vision, strategy and execution of a major master planned community.
• Lead master planning: land use, infrastructure, open space and urban design.
• Develop and manage development programs to meet time, budget and scope.
• Oversee procurement and performance of contractors and consultants.
• Build relationships with state government, councils and utilities.
• Guide approvals, zoning, infrastructure contributions and service agreements.
• Monitor financial models, budgets and project reporting.
• Champion sustainability, placemaking and community-building.
• Mentor internal teams and foster high-performance culture.
