Job summary

Rio Tinto is seeking a Master Data Specialist - Fixed Plant to maintain and govern Fixed Plant asset data across SAP, ALIM and related systems. You will manage FLOCs, BOMs, equipment records and maintenance plans to support safe, reliable maintenance execution.

Flexibility to attend site for shutdowns every 6–13 weeks is desirable. Reporting to the Superintendent Planning & Engineering, you will collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance and Reliability teams to ensure data integrity and

Qualifications

• Engineering or trade qualification required.
• Hands-on Fixed Plant / Wet Plant experience.
• Experience with SAP PM and asset master data.
• Knowledge of FLOCs, BOMs and asset hierarchies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across Engineering, Maintenance and Operations.
• Willingness to attend site for shutdowns (6–13 weeks).
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and govern Fixed Plant master data within SAP and related systems.
• Create and maintain Functional Locations (FLOCs), Equipment Records and BOMs.
• Maintain Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, and Spare Parts Structures.
• Contribute to data integrity across SAP, ALIM and engineering documentation.
• Work safely within Rio Tinto procedures.
