Job summary

PLS is seeking a Senior Master Data Specialist to join the Asset Readiness team in West Perth. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy, quality and governance of maintenance master data within the CMMS (Pronto).

Flexible employment options (full-time, casual, fixed-term) are available depending on experience and availability. The position reports to the Senior Master Data Specialist and engages with Fixed Plant, Non-Processing Infrastructure and Mobile Maintenance to support asset readiness and

Qualifications

• Experience with master data in an operational environment.
• Experience working with CMMS or maintenance management systems (Pronto desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update maintenance master data in CMMS per governance.
• Review and action change requests.
• Data validation, auditing and quality improvement activities.
• Support projects, asset readiness and operations with master data solutions.
• Contribute to CMMS improvements and testing.
• Collaborate with maintenance, reliability, engineering, operations and supply chain.
