Job summary

Merse Wellness Spa is opening in Coomera and invites passionate Massage Therapists to join the founding wellness team as contractors. Enjoy a premium environment, use of deluxe facilities, and the freedom to build your own client base while delivering exceptional recovery therapies.

Earn $60–$110 per hour depending on service, with support from reception and spa management, marketing, and a dedicated booking system. Be part of a growing brand and a thriving fitness club community.

Qualifications

• Certified Massage Therapist and/or Remedial Massage qualification highly desirable.
• Current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, empathise and build rapport.
• Ability or willingness to build networks, referrals and a regular client base.
• Confidence with rebooking and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
• Lymphatic Drainage, Dry Needling and Pregnancy Massage training highly regarded.
• Experience with the Zenoti booking system is a bonus.
• Reliable, proactive, adaptable and well-presented.
• A genuine team player who is passionate about health, wellness and recovery.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Full Australian working rights.

Merse Wellness Spa is coming to Coomera — and we’re hiring now!

As we prepare to open our brand-new Merse Wellness Spa in Coomera, we’re looking for passionate Massage Therapists to join our founding wellness team.

This is a contractor opportunity offering flexibility across various days and hours, with the opportunity to earn $60–$110 per hour depending on the massage service. You’ll also have the opportunity to use our premium facilities for your own clients and complementary services, such as Reiki, where appropriate.

The Role

Our Massage Therapists are a vital part of the Merse wellness team.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated therapists who genuinely care about their clients, work well within a team and are willing to go the extra mile to deliver an exceptional experience.

You’ll work within a beautiful, premium massage environment with the opportunity to build a regular client base, while also educating clients on the broader range of wellness and recovery services available at Merse.

Availability

Merse Wellness Spa operates Monday–Friday 5:30am–9:00pm and Saturday–Sunday 7:00am–7:00pm.

We’re looking for contractors with flexibility across our operating hours, with availability for at least one late night and one weekend day highly valued.
