Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our business through strategic marketing initiatives across digital platforms and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement advertising and marketing campaigns to promote our services including education admissions, migration pathways, and employer sponsorship programs
• Advise management on marketing strategies to effectively reach target international student and migration markets
• Coordinate and execute campaigns across multiple channels including:
• Social media advertising (Meta Business Suite – Facebook & Instagram)
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and analyse trends in education and migration sectors
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms and company website
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
• Analyse digital marketing data to improve lead generation and conversion outcomesWork closely with internal teams including migration agents, admissions, and business development to align marketing strategies with business objectives
• Recommend improvements to website and digital content to enhance SEO performance and user engagement

Skills and Experience Required
