Key Responsibilities

Growth & Performance Marketing

• Plan and execute digital campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, affiliate, programmatic)
• Manage acquisition budgets and optimise CPA / ROAS
• Build and refine trading funnel conversion journeys
• Work closely with product & dealing teams to align campaigns with market events

Fintech Content & Positioning

• Coordinate landing pages and trading campaigns
• Ensure messaging aligns with regulatory guidelines

Partnerships & Affiliates

• Manage promotional materials for introducing brokers
• Assist with regional campaign adaptation

Analytics & Reporting

• Track KPIs: CPL, CPA, LTV, Retention, Conversion Rate
• Provide weekly growth reports with actionable insights

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in fintech / CFD / FX / crypto marketing
