Job summary

INNOCEAN Australia is seeking a dynamic Marketing & PR Project Manager to lead end-to-end PR, events, and marketing programs in Sydney. You will coordinate releases, client comms, and new business events with a pragmatic, deadline-driven approach.

You’ll manage campaigns across creative, strategy and content teams, maintain Hubspot data, handle social scheduling, and support tender responses. This role requires 2–4 years in marketing with strong coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of marketing experience with PR and project management preferred.
• Degree in business/marketing/communications preferred.
• Proficiency with Hubspot or willingness to learn; AI tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage PR releases, calendars, and press relationships end-to-end.
• Coordinate annual new business events and related collateral.
• Lead marketing project delivery across creative, strategy, and content teams.
• Maintain Hubspot data, schedule social posts, and track deadlines.
• Support tender responses and new business research.
