Job summary

TripADeal Pty is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to act as the central engine for end-to-end campaign management, product scheduling, and media delivery. The role reports to the Marketing Manager and collaborates across Marketing, Technology, Delivery, Product, Sales & Service, Accounts, and Partnerships.

This 12-month maternity leave contract is 100% onsite from Byron Bay with the option to work from the Gold Coast (Varsity Lakes) office two days a week.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in end-to-end campaign or project management across media.
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing or relevant discipline.
• Travel industry experience or marketing agency background preferred.
• Ability to pass a Qantas background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute campaigns across brand, tactical, and co-op marketing with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track and manage campaigns in project management tools (Google Suite and Monday.com).
• Schedule activity across channels with the Product team according to campaign requirements and SLAs.
• Coordinate with the creative services team and external agency to create and deliver assets while tracking costs and meeting deadlines.
• Liaise with Qantas Loyalty and Legal to align on campaign activity and ensure compliance.
• Create pre- and post-campaign performance reports for visibility and optimization.
• Continually refine internal marketing workflows and process documentation.
