Architect and optimise scalable, end-to-end workflows across the campaign lifecycle
Ensure real-time visibility of campaign workflow and enable data-driven operational decisions
Permanent, full-time role based at Mascot Head Office.
Qantas has always been dedicated to going above and beyond for their customers - both in the air, and on the ground and at Qantas Loyalty; we're a huge part of that commitment. By taking the time to recognise and reward our members, we build stronger relationships with the people who matter most.
As the Marketing Operations & Process Manager, you will be the operational specialist responsible for mapping, building, and continuously optimising the end-to-end workflows that power marketing campaigns across Qantas Loyalty and the Qantas Group. You will act as the workflow architect within the Center of Excellence (CoE), focusing entirely on eliminating operational friction and removing roadblocks that slow down speed-to-market.
This role is critical to achieving the CoE's overarching efficiency transformation goals. Rather than acting as a passive coordinator, you will be an active change agent tasked with systematically looking for efficiency in capacity through pure process engineering.
Crucially, you will hold the master remit for developing the strategic workflows, capacity trackers, and utilisation reports required to manage enterprise resources effectively. You will be the creator and owner of the tools that allow the business to accurately measure, forecast, and manage capacity. By observing daily operations, identifying systemic bottlenecks, and rewriting clunky hand-offs between strategy, creative, data, and execution teams, this role transforms manual, fragmented practices into streamlined, high-velocity digital workflows. The success of this role directly dictates the CoE's ability to aggressively scale campaign output, provide transparent data on resource constraints and maximise productivity without inflating headcount or compromising regulatory compliance.
You’ll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged. Our people come together to allow us to dream big and deliver successfully. There are many different opportunities across our team, which means you’ll be able to grow both personally and professionally at Qantas. Your development is a priority for us - so that you can maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect and can continue to develop over time. You’ll be supported from day 1 with on the job training and coaching as well as our formal training opportunities. While you may start in this role, we’ve got a great track record of supporting our people to take their career in so many different directions, the destinations are endless.
