Job summary

The Fresh Collective in Sydney is seeking a Marketing Manager to grow a portfolio of hospitality venues through campaigns, digital channels and guest experiences, collaborating with marketing agencies to generate leads for events.

You will drive visitation, customer engagement and commercial performance using data-driven campaigns, OpenTable and cross-team collaboration with venue teams and chefs.

Qualifications

• Hospitality and customer focused experience.
• Commercially minded with strong digital skills including Open Table.
• Passionate about driving visitation, restaurant and event experiences and customer behaviour.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.

We're looking for someone to help grow a portfolio of some of Sydney's most exciting hospitality venues. This is a hands-on, fast paced role focused on driving restaurant visitation, customer engagement and commercial performance through smart campaigns, digital channels and guest experiences. You will be also collaborating with marketing agency to generate leads for our events business.

• Lead and contribute to content shoots and creative projects
