- Keep the strategy, Media Bible and brand assets as the single reference point for all marketing work.
- Act as the primary contact for Retro Traffic’s agency partners and suppliers.
- Write briefs, agree scopes, timelines and deliverables, and sign off work within delegated authority.
- Run regular work-in-progress meetings and supply agencies with the access, information and approvals they need.
- Oversee paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, and QA keywords, ad copy, EDMs and landing pages before launch.
- Own the website after launch, including content updates and the post‑launch improvements list.
- Approve and schedule organic social content across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate a steady supply of real content from crews, projects and sites, and manage the digital asset library.
- Lead internal communications across a decentralised workforce in NSW and Queensland.
- Support recruitment and employer brand campaigns, and coordinate internal collateral such as induction materials and company updates.
- Support proposals, tenders and capability submissions with approved content and design.
- Maintain the tender and capability content library, including the capability statement, corporate brochure and fleet guide.
- Gather case studies, project results and testimonials from operations.
- Coordinate industry events, sponsorships, collateral and merchandise inventory.

- B2B experience preferred, ideally in construction, infrastructure, industrial or field services.
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM/PPC, paid social and EDM, enough to brief, QA and challenge agency work.

- Clear verbal and written communication, with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency.
