Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager for ANZ in Sydney, reporting to the Marketing Director, ANZ – Marketing & Channel. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and technology partners to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives that build awareness, generate demand and contribute to the pipeline.

The role combines partner marketing, campaign execution and commercial alignment to ensure marketing investments deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-moving tech

Qualifications

• Strong experience in channel, partner or B2B marketing.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing partner-led campaigns and go-to-market programs.
• Strong understanding of demand generation and pipeline development.
• Experience working with Sales teams and external technology partners.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
• Commercial and data-driven mindset with ROI measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint marketing plans with strategic technology partners, aligned to ANZ sales priorities and growth opportunities.
• Plan and deliver integrated partner campaigns across digital, content, events, webinars and other demand-generation channels.
• Identify target audiences, priority solutions and opportunities to generate and accelerate pipeline with partner stakeholders.
• Manage channel marketing programs from planning through to execution with cross-team coordination.
• Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution and ROI to optimise activity and investment.
• Support partner events, executive engagements and enablement initiatives to strengthen relationships and customer engagement.

As our new Channel Marketing Manager, you will join the ANZ Marketing & Channel team, reporting to the Marketing Director, ANZ – Marketing & Channel.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and our strategic technology partners to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives that build awareness, generate demand and contribute to pipeline. This role brings together partner marketing, campaign execution and commercial alignment, ensuring our channel marketing investment supports shared priorities and delivers measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint marketing plans with strategic technology partners, aligned to ANZ sales priorities, partner objectives and growth opportunities.
• Plan and deliver integrated partner campaigns across digital, content, events, webinars and other demand-generation channels.
• Partner closely with Sales and partner stakeholders to identify target audiences, priority solutions and opportunities to generate and accelerate pipeline.
• Manage channel marketing programs from planning through to execution, ensuring strong coordination across internal teams and external partners.

• Support partner events, executive engagements and enablement initiatives that strengthen relationships, market presence and customer engagement.

What we need to see from you

• Strong experience in channel, partner or B2B marketing, ideally within technology, cloud, software or IT services.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing partner-led campaigns and go-to-market programs.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline development and the connection between marketing activity and sales outcomes.
• Experience working collaboratively with Sales teams and external technology partners.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
• Commercial and data-driven mindset, with experience measuring campaign performance and marketing ROI.
