We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and deliver integrated campaigns that support commercial growth, strengthen our brand and create meaningful value for our members.
Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you’ll use audience insights, data and campaign performance to enhance customer acquisition, engagement and retention. You’ll partner with the broader Marketing team, internal stakeholders, external agencies and suppliers to deliver high-performing campaigns and key business initiatives.

You’re a commercially minded and audience-focused marketer who enjoys solving complex problems and turning strategy into action. Curious and adaptable, you’re comfortable testing new ideas, navigating ambiguity and bringing people together to achieve measurable outcomes.
Experience in customer journeys, customer experience optimisation, member‑based organisations or international environments will be highly regarded. Familiarity with Adobe digital marketing tools, including Marketo and Adobe Analytics, would also be advantageous.
