Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) is seeking an Account Manager to join our Sydney-based Member Engagement team. You will manage a portfolio of employer and strategic accounts, developing engagement plans that strengthen relationships and deliver commercial outcomes.

Reporting to the Account Management Lead NSW, you will identify new opportunities, grow partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders across CA ANZ to ensure an exceptional employer and member experience

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and deliver commercial outcomes.

You will bring:

• Experience in account management, business development, relationship management or a similar client-facing role.
• A proven ability to manage strategic accounts and deliver commercial outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional relationship-building capability and customer focus.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
• Experience within professional services, accounting, finance or membership-based organisations will be highly regarded.
