You will report to the Head of Growth Marketing and use audience insights, data and performance to enhance acquisition, engagement and retention.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, collaborating with the Marketing team, internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers to deliver

Responsibilities

• Campaign strategy and delivery: Plan, deliver and optimise marketing campaigns.
• Growth marketing: Support acquisition, engagement and retention through audience-led activity.
• Insights and optimisation: Use data and performance to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Stakeholder partnership: Guide audiences, messaging, channels and execution.
• Performance reporting: Translate results into recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Team development: Mentor the team and foster collaboration and learning.
• Agency and supplier management: Build relationships with agencies and suppliers.
• Operational excellence: Establish processes, governance and compliance for scalable delivery.
