Job summary

Viktoria & Woods is seeking a confident and experienced Marketing Manager to own the content ecosystem across channels, elevating the brand while driving commercial outcomes. You will lead a multidisciplinary team including Content & Social Media, PR & Partnerships, National VM Lead and Graphic Designer, reporting to the Marketing & eCommerce Director.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in a marketing management role, ideally within fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
• Strong experience across digital and ecommerce with analytical rigour.

Responsibilities

• Own brand strategy and execution across integrated campaigns and annual calendar.
• Build long-term partnerships with sponsors, media, ambassadors and lifestyle brands; lead PR and influencer strategies.
• Own content ecosystem across retail, ecommerce, paid media, organic social and PR, overseeing assets and approvals.

This isn't a role that maintains what already exists, it's one that elevates it. As Marketing Manager, you'll take full ownership of V&W's content ecosystem, translating our brand DNA into commercially effective storytelling across every channel our customers meet us.
You'll lead a talented team - our Content & Social Media Specialist, PR & Partnerships Specialist, National VM Lead and Graphic Designer - and sit on our marketing leadership team, reporting directly to the Marketing & eCommerce Director.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Viktoria & Woods is seeking a confident and experienced Marketing Manager to drive both elevation and creative consistency across V&W content ecosystem. You'll lead a talented team - our Content & Social Media Specialist, PR & Partnerships Specialist, National VM Lead and Graphic Designer - working in close collaboration to ensure brand storytelling and commercial performance move as one.

The role will:

• Brand Strategy & Execution - Bring the creative vision to life through meticulously curated, integrated brand campaigns that deliver a flawless customer experience at every touchpoint. Lead our go-to-market rhythm and annual Customer Marketing calendar, own key alignment and approvals forums, and partner with the Marketing & eCommerce Director to keep our visual identity clear, consistent and unmistakably on brand across every channel while tracking competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead.
  
• Strategic Partnerships - Build long-term, high-value partnerships with sponsors, media, ambassadors and adjacent lifestyle brands locally and internationally. Together with the PR & Partnerships Specialist, own brand events, execute key retail activations and collaborate with our partners at David Jones. Develop and lead PR and influencer strategies that build long-term brand growth, backed by strong reporting and ROI analysis.
  
• Content & Storytelling - Own the content ecosystem spanning retail, ecommerce, David Jones, paid media, organic social, wholesale and PR, employing a multi-faceted lens and managing asset usage and approvals to external agencies and freelancers in collaboration with our Creative Lead & Brand Stylist. Work in conjunction with our Digital & eComm Manager to ensure ecommerce content aligns with broader digital and commercial priorities. Work alongside our Social Media Specialist to lead an organic strategy built on clear KPIs, defined content pillars and weekly storytelling, and partner with our VM Lead to deliver an elevated retail experience across windows, collateral and digital signage. Continually refine content performance based on data to inform long-term commercial decisions.
  
• Team Leadership - Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team across Content & Social Media, PR & Partnerships, National VM and Graphic Design, setting individual and collective goals that ladder up to brand strategy and balancing workload across peak campaign periods. Provide regular, meaningful feedback and on-time performance reviews, build capability within each discipline, and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.

YOU WILL BRING

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in a marketing management role, ideally within fashion, retail or a comparable premium lifestyle brand.
• A genuine track record of driving results in a fast-paced, competitive market.
• Strong experience across digital and ecommerce, with the analytical rigour to back creative decisions.
• Established relationships across media, PR and brand partnerships - international expansion experience highly regarded.
• The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team, and build trusted relationships with leaders across the business.
• A proactive, hands-on approach, someone who connects strategy to execution and gets things done.
