Job summary

Emerson Automation in Melbourne is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns, events, and product communications. You will coordinate calendars, liaise with sales, distributors and agencies, and help prepare collateral while maintaining accurate data and asset libraries.

You will work under the Marketing Manager in a hybrid environment, contributing to lead management, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in marketing, business, communications or related field.
• Experience in marketing coordination, events, or sales support preferred.
• Experience with external agencies, suppliers or distributors valued.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and communications under the Marketing Manager.
• Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and trackers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support lead management and distributor marketing activities.
• Assist with development of marketing collateral and product content.
• Coordinate trade events, roadshows, and distributor events.
• Provide administrative support and help improve marketing processes.
