Job summary

Emerson in Melbourne is seeking a capable Marketing Coordinator to drive campaigns, coordinate events, and support distributor engagement. You will manage calendars, maintain marketing data, and assist with communications and launches.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• Experience in a marketing, communications, event coordination or sales support role preferred.
• Experience working with external agencies, suppliers or distributors highly regarded.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
• 2–5 years' experience in marketing coordination, events or commercial administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules and activity trackers.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to support campaigns, promotions and launches.
• Maintain databases and customer contact lists for marketing activities.
• Assist with customer email communications, newsletters and promotions.
• Support lead management and timely follow-up by sales.
• Monitor campaign milestones and report status to management.
• Collect and report marketing results and performance data.
• Ensure marketing materials and assets are current.
• Coordinate trade events, distributor events and industry activities.
• Manage event logistics and maintain annual calendar.
• Support distributor marketing requests and content delivery.
• Develop strong relationships with sales and distributor stakeholders.
• Assist with product launches and launch materials.
• Maintain asset libraries and support internal communications.
• Provide admin support to the Marketing Manager.
