ABN Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Leederville on a permanent full-time basis. You will support planning, coordination and delivery of marketing initiatives across the business, working with internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers to execute campaigns and drive brand awareness and sales outcomes.

You’ll contribute to content creation, channel planning and reporting, ensuring brand consistency and effective CRM activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a generalist marketing role with insight into delivering marketing plans and activities.
• You’ll enjoy a role balancing creativity with results-based insights and a test-and-learn approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication, copywriting, proofreading, and engaging content creation.
• Bachelor-level qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
• Experience balancing brand management with performance marketing across multi-channel campaigns.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• A collaborative approach with relationships across teams and a interest in residential construction.

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis from our office in Leederville. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing initiatives across the business. Working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers, you will help execute engaging campaigns, maintain brand consistency across multiple channels, and support digital, social media and CRM activities that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the delivery of marketing campaigns, promotions and brand initiatives.
• Lead the planning and creation of content marketing across all marketing touchpoints including digital and offline channels to communicate key brand messages
• Prepare marketing briefs, coordinate collateral updates and maintain brand consistency.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and agencies while monitoring budgets and invoicing.
• Monitor campaign performance, maintain reporting dashboards and provide marketing insights.

About you

We're looking for an organized and enthusiastic marketing professional who enjoys working collaboratively, has a strong eye for detail, and is passionate about delivering engaging content and impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have:

• Demonstrated experience in a generalist marketing role or similar marketing role with insight and knowledge in delivering marketing plans and activities.
• You’ll enjoy a role that balances creativity and innovative marketing ideas with a results-based approach to gathering performance insights and a test and learn approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in copywriting, proofreading and creating engaging content.
• Tertiary qualifications at a bachelor’s level in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience of balancing brand management with performance marketing, including multi-channel campaign planning and execution across traditional above the line and digital channels
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative approach with strong relationship-building skills and an interest in the residential construction industry.
• A demonstrated ability to receive, apply and act on feedback.
