Job summary

The Unit Co Group, part of the Anytime Fitness family, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support six clubs and a new wellness concept launching in 2027. You will help with performance, campaigns, staff coordination, social media, and events to achieve marketing targets and maintain club standards.

Key activities include budget oversight, platform auditing, content creation, and community events across all six sites.

Qualifications

• Marketing coordination experience across multiple clubs or locations.
• Experience in social media content creation and scheduling.
• Budget management and campaign delivery exposure.
• Customer service and community engagement understanding.

Responsibilities

• Support performance management to hit prospecting targets for all clubs.
• Assist with campaign delivery, QA, and marketing proposals.
• Manage budgets and audit platforms (GMB, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Website).
• Oversee daily content posting and engagement across platforms.
• Create, film, edit, and schedule content for all 6 clubs.
• Maintain club websites and respond to reviews weekly.
• Organise events including community building and grand openings.

Join the Unit Co Group as a Marketing Coordinator & Work across 6 Anytime Fitness gyms, alongside a new well concept coming in 2027

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator role will support the Group Marketing Manager across 6 gyms within the group along with a new wellness concept that group is creating. You will assist with performance management, campaign delivery, staff coordination, social media management, and event organisation to ensure marketing targets are reached and club standards are maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Support performance management to ensure net prospecting targets are reached or exceeded for all clubs
• Assist with campaign delivery, quality assurance, and marketing proposals
• Support marketing budget management and platform auditing including GMB, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Website
• Oversee daily social media content posting (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and engagement (DMs, comments, likes, shares)
• Create, film, edit, and schedule content, ensuring consistency across all 6 clubs
• Suppport caption writing, stories creation, and timeline content filming
• Maintain club websites, Google My Business, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Atmosphere and Facility Connect up to date and professional
• Manage Google Reviews and respond to feedback weekly
• Support the organisation of events including community building, sales events, and grand openings

About you

• Ability to support prospecting, campaign delivery, and marketing budget management
• Experience with social media platform management and content creation
• Capability to create, film, edit, and schedule content across multiple platforms
• Experience with Google Reviews and customer feedback management
• Ability to manage member communications and EDM campaigns
• Support experience with event management and organisation

Experience/Knowledge/Qualification:

• Certificate III or IV (Desirable but not essential)
• First Aid/CPR certificate (required)
• Working with Children (required)
• Police Check Certificate (required)

Full-Time Position (38 hours/week)

Please note:

• Hours: Monday - Thursday (10am - 7pm), Friday (10am - 3pm) & Saturday (1 Hour ADHOC)
• Proof of right to work in Australia documentation will be required to be presented at the first interview
