Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in marketing, social media or content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organisational skills.
• Comfort with Instagram, Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite and Google platforms.

Responsibilities

• Capture in-practice content with patients and clinicians.
• Create and schedule organic video/photo content for social channels.
• Collaborate with digital consultants to craft ad content.
• Assist with email marketing through a CRM/PRM.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships.
• Support local area marketing and referral engagement.
• Use Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro for content production.
• Report on campaign performance; monitor assets and calendars.

Join the team behind two of Canberra’s orthodontic providers – Embrace Orthodontists and Smile Clinics. We’re seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our continued growth across digital, social, and in-practice campaigns.

Marketing Coordinator – Part‑Time (3‑4 Days/Week)

Locations: Campbell, Manuka & Belconnen – ACT

24 to 32 hours per week (Flexible over 3‑4 days)

Embrace Orthodontists is one of Canberra’s leading specialist orthodontic practices, known for delivering premium care and exceptional results with Invisalign and braces. We have three clinical locations: Manuka, Belconnen and Gungahlin.

Smile Clinics, Embrace’s sister clinic, offers affordable orthodontic treatment in a modern, relaxed setting – making straight smiles more accessible across Canberra.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on marketing role perfect for someone with a passion for storytelling, content creation, and community engagement. Working across both brands, you’ll develop and implement creative campaigns that align with our brand voice and business goals. This is the ideal role for a Uni student or recent Graduate wanting to take the next step in their Marketing journey.

What You’ll Do

• Capture content in-practice with patients and clinicians
• Create and schedule organic video and photo content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google
• Work with our digital consultants to generate ad content
• Assist with email marketing through a PRM/CRM
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and promotional partnerships
• Support local area marketing and referral engagement
• Use basic graphic design tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro) for content production
• Report on campaign and ad performance
• Keep marketing assets, image libraries, and content calendars organised

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
• Strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills
• Confidence using Instagram, Canva, Capcut, Meta Business Suite and Google platforms
• A can‑do attitude and ability to work independently across locations
