Southern Cross Care Queensland is seeking a permanent full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our Communications and Marketing Team at the Upper Mt Gravatt Support Office. This role supports social media, content, collateral and day-to-day marketing requests to ensure campaigns align with organisational priorities.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with a convenient base at Upper Mt Gravatt, generous Not-for-Profit salary sacrifice packaging, and ongoing training within a supportive team

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising or similar, or relevant experience deemed the equivalent
• Experience: 1- year experience or new graduates
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms
• Desired experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, SharePoint

• Provide administrative assistance to the communications and marketing team, including managing the marketing inbox, logging jobs, and assisting with tracking due dates and tasks
• Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
• Support the management of social media accounts by assisting in content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, such as conferences, trade shows, and promotional activities
• Support the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with online sales listings across our website and both paid and unpaid online listings

About the role

Working as a Marketing Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of Southern Cross Care's marketing and communications activities, coordinating social media, content, collateral and day-to-day marketing requests. The role works across the team to support campaigns, events and key projects, helping ensure marketing activity is engaging, consistent and aligned with organisational priorities.
