Job summary

Electrocraft Australia in Sydney is seeking a Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our head office team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will support planning and delivery of marketing, branding and communications across the business.

Key duties include developing monthly specials, price lists and promotions, assisting with a new e-commerce website, and managing CRM data, reporting and data entry.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience preferred.
• Certificate or diploma in marketing, communications or related field.
• Strong written communications skills.
• Proficiency with standard office suites (Microsoft, Google) and familiarity with Canva/Adobe Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and scheduling of monthly specials, price lists and promotions.
• Support the implementation of a new website with an e-commerce focus.
• Administrative operations including managing client databases (CRM).
• Reporting and data entry.

The company requires a Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our Sydney team (Head Office location Smithfield)

About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Assistant will play a hands on role supporting the planning and delivery of marketing, branding and communications activities across the business

Position Description & Role Requirements

• Assist with the development and scheduling of monthly specials, price lists and other promotions
• Support the implementation of a new website with e commerce focus
• Administrative Operations including managing client data bases (CRM)
• Reporting and data entry

Experience & Certifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience ( is desirable)
• Certificate, diploma in marketing, communications or related field
• Strong written communications skills
• Technical proficiency with standard office suites ( Microsoft, google) and exposure to creative design software eg Canva, adobe photoshop etc
