Job summary

HR Ezy is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support growth across our market-leading construction materials portfolio. You will assist with campaigns, events, digital content, and collateral to engage customers and drive brand awareness.

In this role, you will coordinate product information, support product launches, and maintain documentation across internal systems. A minimum of two years in a related role and B2B exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a Marketing Assistant/Coordinator or similar support role.
• Background in a B2B environment is highly regarded.
• Proficiency with Office 365; CRM/ERP systems and design tools are advantageous.

Responsibilities

What we are looking for

Experience & Technical Skills

Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or similar support role.

B2B Knowledge: Background working within a B2B environment is highly regarded.

Systems & Tools

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is required.

Exposure to CRM and ERP systems like Salesforce and SAP is highly advantageous.

Experience with design tools such as Canva and Adobe InDesign for creating marketing collateral is a strong plus.

Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, email systems, and website CMS is beneficial.
