Job summary

SM Maritime Systems & Technology, part of Transport for NSW, seeks a senior technology delivery lead to oversee end-to-end projects across NSW Maritime. Responsibilities

• Be responsible for ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient delivery of operational and customer-facing technology services across NSW Maritime.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they align with strategic goals, meet critical milestones, and maintain compliance.
• Manage business-as-usual (BAU) enhancements, operational releases, and technology support that enable both frontline and back office functions.
• Act as a key tactical partner to Maritime operational teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders and maintaining alignment with operational rhythms.
• Lead technology delivery from concept to implementation, manage portfolios, ensure integration and resilience, and drive governance, compliance, and performance monitoring.
