Thales Australia in Woolloomooloo, NSW, is seeking an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager to lead the Engineering Services Team and ensure successful delivery of key programs. You will oversee planning, coordination, and execution to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets while partnering with the Program Manager.

Ideal candidates will have an engineering degree, 7+ years in engineering leadership, and expertise in EVM and delivery frameworks.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Project Management certification preferred.
• 7+ years in engineering and people leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams and suppliers.
• Define delivery strategy, schedules, and KPIs.
• Manage risks, opportunities, and deliverables across the program lifecycle.
• Oversee CDRLs and B2B processes with the customer.
• Coordinate resource needs and demand forecasts with HoDs.
• Supervise engineering reviews, ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Support integration of engineering changes into maintenance workflows.
