Job summary

Transport for NSW Maritime is seeking a Product Services Officer to deliver high-quality, team-based customer service across maritime products and services. You will process mooring applications, issue aquatic licences, oversee boat code activities, process infringements, and support outsourced transactions.

The role includes data entry and back-office tasks in Port Kembla. The position is 35 hours per week, with six months onsite training followed by a hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a busy team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data entry.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support and high-quality customer service across NSW Maritime products.
• Support the 7-day call centre function within Transport for NSW Maritime offices.
• Provide administrative and back-office support including data entry and records management.
