KBR is seeking a Maintenance and Supply Assurance Officer for its Defence program based at Garden Island, Sydney. The role focuses on through-life asset management, maintenance assurance, and capability readiness within a complex maritime sustainment program.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Defence maintenance assurance, strong communication, and experience with naval systems and asset management tools. Baseline clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Maintenance Assurance in Defence.
• Engineering qualification or trade-based engineering credential.
• Experience with Naval systems and asset management tools (CMT-U, AMPS, MILIS, NAVALLOW).

Responsabilités

• Provide assurance activities for maintenance programs and through-life support.
• Analyse schedule risk and adherence to Stage Gate milestones.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities in through-life support.
• Coordinate with SPO, RMC and DSC to plan maintenance and upgrades.
