Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a qualified Chef to support on-site catering for personnel living and working on a maritime site, on a permanent full-time 14/7 roster. You will prepare nutritious meals, oversee food prep, manage stock, and ensure safety and premium presentation.

The role requires a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, MSIC, and full Australian working rights, with medical and DAS checks. Meals and accommodation are provided on roster.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
• Current MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card).
• Pass a full pre-employment medical.
• Pass Drug & Alcohol Screening (DAS).
• Experience in high-volume catering environments.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Full Australian working rights.
