Qualifications

• Must have full working rights in Australia.
• Must hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
• Must have a sound knowledge of food safety standards and culinary techniques.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality buffet-style meals across multiple sections, ensuring consistency, flavour, and adherence to dietary requirements and guest expectations.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen in line with strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team, remaining agile during service while delivering a seamless and elevated dining experience.
