Job summary

Stellar Recruitment is seeking a Project Engineer (Marine) for Perth-based marine works in WA, including a major Rockingham project from late October to mid-2027. The role supports planning and delivery of marine infrastructure valued under $10m, with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.

You will collaborate with project managers, supervisors and field crews to plan, coordinate and deliver safely, efficiently and to high standards, contributing to a practical, safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on project engineer with marine/piling/structural construction experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with site teams in a hands-on construction setting.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of marine infrastructure projects
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials, subcontractors and site documentation
• Manage RFIs, ITPs, QA records, progress reporting and project correspondence
• Work with supervisors and crews to solve site issues and keep works moving
• Contribute to a safety-focused, delivery-driven team culture
