SeaLink North Queensland is seeking a Marine Operations Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our Marine Operations team in Townsville. Reporting to the Marine Operations Manager, you will help keep our vessels moving safely and efficiently.

This role suits someone who thrives in a busy environment, is highly organised, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional approach. Experience with Deputy rostering and SharePoint is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience.
• Experience maintaining records and documentation.
• Current Driver Licence.
• Strong computer literacy and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience using SharePoint or other document management systems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate crew rosters, shifts and leave planning.
• Support vessel logistics, maintenance scheduling and compliance record-keeping.
• Assist with crew onboarding, inductions, and training database management.
• Act as main communications point between vessels and shore teams.
• Manage operational platforms (Deputy, MEX, EMC, Blink, SkyTrust, Go1, SMS Global).
• Assisting with charters, passenger number reporting, and timetable updates.
• Support staff engagement and general admin for Marine Operations Manager.
