Job summary

SeaLink North Queensland is seeking a Marine Operations Training Manager to join our leadership team in Townsville. Move from vessel command into a senior shore-based leadership role, developing the next generation of Masters, Engineers and Deckhands across SeaLink North Queensland.

Reporting to the Marine Operations Manager, the Marine Training Manager is responsible for leading crew training, competency management, safety compliance and workforce development across SeaLink North Queensland

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in Marine or maritime operations.
• Experience delivering crew training and competency programs.
• Strong focus on safety compliance and workforce development.
