Job summary

Noakes Group is seeking a Marine Maintenance Coordinator to ensure our customers' commercial fleet remains in peak condition. If you understand workboats, commercial vessels or boatyards and can manage multiple tasks, this role is for you.

You will schedule engine services, plan dockings, maintain maintenance history, and coordinate technicians. The role requires autonomous work and compliance with marine regulations; Australian work rights and a police check will apply.

• Understanding of marine terminology, vessel systems and regulations would be beneficial.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Scheduling and Planning of Vessel Engine Services and Routine Maintenance Dockings.
• Setting up preventative maintenance requests, work orders, inspections and documentation of all maintenance history.
• Coordinating jobs and scoping work on marine commercial vessels.
• Coordinating maintenance work completed by technicians using established processes.
• Updating the work order management system and completing closing reports.
