Griffin Marine Services is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee fabrication and boilermaking projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets and ensure compliance with quality standards across marine sites.

The role requires five years in a similar capacity within marine, shipbuilding or welding industries, strong drawing-reading skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a Project Coordinator role within marine or fabrication industries.
• Understanding of welding processes, fabrication techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee marine and industrial projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met.
• Manage timelines, resources and scheduling of works.
• Lead staff and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment and enforce procedures.
