d’Albora Tin Can Bay is seeking a capable Marina Manager to lead operations at our premier marina. You will drive exceptional customer service, grow occupancy, ensure site compliance, and mentor the team across maintenance, contractor management and financial reporting.

The role requires 3+ years of management in customer-facing environments, strong leadership, problem-solving, and a passion for boats. Australian residency is essential and weekend roster availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in customer-facing operations.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Interest in boating and marine lifestyle.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent people management and influencing skills.
• Strong conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspire exceptional customer service.
• Grow occupancy levels.
• Ensure site compliance (WHS & Environmental).
• Train and develop the team.
• Oversee maintenance and facilities management (including villas).
• Manage contractors and service providers.
• Analyse financial reports and develop strategies to achieve goals.
• Engage with the local community.
