Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, Sydney, is seeking a Marina Attendant (Casual) to support the premium waterfront facility. You will manage vessel movements, coordinate berthing, operate forklifts and assist with essential marina services to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment.

The role requires NSW licences, boat handling skills, and weekend availability, with opportunities to develop specialised marina management capabilities within a global real estate leader.

Qualifications

• Current NSW driver's licence and boat operator's licence.
• Forklift truck licence with a minimum of 2 years' operational experience.
• Advanced boat driving and handling skills in varied marine conditions.
• Marina or boat yard experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide marina services and exceptional customer service to all marina customers and visitors.
• Manage day-to-day vessel movements using Boat Cloud App and coordinate berthing operations.
• Operate forklifts and handle boats with advanced skills to support marina operations.
• Connect vessels with electricity, fresh water, and sewage pump-out services.
• Respond to telephone enquiries and provide accurate information about marina services.
• Maintain daily logs, record keeping, and manage incoming communications.
• Monitor and coordinate external on-site contractors ensuring OH&S compliance.
• Perform maintenance tasks including cleaning, rubbish removal and site upkeep.
• Foster positive relationships with yacht crews, berth holders, contractors and boating community.
